Fast, polite and very educated. The food was by the way also good :-)

The positive experiences create an environment that diners appreciate would definitely recommend.

I tried the chicken prawn and bacon Japanese omelette, it was divine. We also had toast ,granola, oat coffee, eggs Benedict, green tea. Always love it in Wagamamas. Great work guys and well done Omar. Would recommend 5*

The staff are also wonderful—especially 〖Izzy〗.After our bank card was stolen and we couldn’t use it, she was very busy but still patiently helped us try to pay with Alipay. She even offered to treat us (we were deeply grateful, but didn’t want to take advantage—everyone works hard for their money). In the end, we found some other Chinese diners and transferred them RMB to pay for us. I hope everyone comes to eat here—not only for the great food, but also for the truly kind and sincere staff like Izzy.
